Apgar Associates has provided surveying services to homeowners, builders, developers, and municipalities for more than 40 years.  All surveying services are supervised by Wayne F. Holman, P.L.S., a licensed surveyor and principal of the firm.  Our surveying services range from property surveys for residential real estate closings to ALTA/CSM compliant surveys for $350 million commercial properties.  We also provide wetland surveys, topographic surveys, construction stake-out services, and Flood Insurance Elevation Certificates.  


All surveying work is performed with electronic distance measurement equipment. Our computer aided drafting system consists of civil engineering and surveying software by AutoDesk, Inc. coupled with their Civil 3d 2009 version software.
